It varies. A simple vinyl panel replacement might run a few hundred dollars. Extensive wood rot or a full-elevation replacement gets into the thousands. The only way to get a real number is a site visit and written estimate, which we provide free.
Repair when damage is contained and the rest of the cladding holds up. Replace when more than a third of the wall is compromised, the material has outlived its life, or you’re fixing the same sections repeatedly — that usually points to a bigger problem underneath.
Cracks, warping, panels pulling away, soft areas under pressure, mold on interior walls near exterior surfaces, paint flaking early, and visible gaps at seams. If something looks off, get it assessed before a small fix turns into a big one.
